78% Corner Residences Designed into Fort Lauderdale Beach’s New Condo

Panoramic vistas are the best feature of Fort Lauderdale Beach’s new condo. The unrivaled design of Selene Oceanfront Residences by Kolter Urban features two high-rise buildings that soar 26 stories above the world-famous coastline. The design firm behind the project, Kobi Karp Architecture, strived to create a layout that would fully utilize the space between the two buildings. This elevated amenity deck design allows for panoramic oceanfront and cityscape views while enjoying two swimming pools, cabanas, pool-side bar and more. The innovative amenity plan will also include a Pet Park, indoor and outdoor bars, a Theater, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, and a shared work-from-home Hub. Just an elevator ride away on the ground level, the oceanfront location will also be home to a 5,300 sq ft dining venue.
