Kolter Obtains $240M Construction Loan for Selene Fort Lauderdale

Kolter Group broke ground on an oceanfront condominium in Fort Lauderdale that will be the city’s tallest condo on the beach.
Wells Fargo Bank, as administrative agent for a group of lenders, assumed the $17.4 million mortgage with KT Seabreeze Atlantic LLC, an affiliate of Delray Beach-based Kolter Group, and boosted it to $240 million. The loan covers the Selene Oceanfront Residences project at 3000 Alhambra St.
Miami-based Coastal Construction Co. recently noticed county officials that it began work on the 194-unit project, which will have two 26-story towers.
